There are times in our life when we are going through something we consider massive, it might be an upcoming exam or going through a massive setback.I guess it's just different for each one of us. I would say I am going through something like that right now.It's hard, Its not the first time but it's hard, it feels like everything is breaking down.
I am trying to make logical assumptions to get me through all of this. It took me to some major conclusions which might not be perfect but they help-
- Not everything has to be perfect.
- Its all going to be fine.
- It might feel like something inside you is breaking and it might even be but keeping yourself sane through all of this is the thing you shall do.
- Probably you may even be very alone but try to accept your feelings and see what you can do about it. For eg- You might be crazy about some person but that person might not even care that you exist, Its okay to accept your feelings towards that person but at the same time it its important to let go of that hope and move on.
- Its not bad or wrong to be alone, I t might be a time where nobody may ask you for your well being, It may hurt and shake your soul to its deep corners especially coming from people you knew would always be there for you.
- Accept yourself as who you are and let go of all that. One good tip can be to write about whatever you are going through.
- I would not say that is is all a phase unless you decide it to be one, because things happen and we suffer but the most important thing is to move on. It might not be the easiest but it is the best.Remember It is not the first time this all is happening.
- Ultimately, Its your life,nothing should be able to cost you this much peace. You decide that if you want to live in the present or just get stuck in the past. Acknowledge it to be your past, It might hurt but you can either let it hurt you forever or you can come out stronger than ever before.
- Not everything is as big as you might think it is.
- Finally, Some things are just hard but once they are done, they are the best for you. Please give yourself time during all of this and accept that it's completely OK to be going through all of this.
After all, It is through all of these that we make a grand scheme of Life, Its for these downs that we cherish those ups so much. In this post I really tried to put my heart and soul. One simple request is that if you have anybody who you think might need this,please share it with them, You never know hat other person might be going through and how it may help them.

- It's okay to not too be okay. Sometimes there will be bad days...Sometimes you won't be okay.Its okay to cry for mourn of your losses. Stop running behind the picture of a perfect life.This is just a phase....One day you will find yourself...and proudly stand tall.Trust me. Its okay to not to be okay....Its okay to fall.
